Cancellation policy

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (Hereinafter Collectively Called a “Cancellation”) are subject to a “Cancellation” or “No Show” fee, at the discretion of the hotel.

In all cases, notification of cancellation will only be accepted if received in writing at the hotel’s reservation office.

Terms, conditions and privacy policy

Child Policy

  • Children of up to four (4) years old stay free of charge, if sharing with parents. For children between 5 and 12 years old, sharing with an adult, up to 50% of the adult rate will be applicable in addition to the ordinary adult rate.
  • All persons aged 13 years and beyond are considered adults, and full adult rate will apply.

Deposits & payments policy

  • All reservations should be made in writing to the hotel’s reservations office – on our email – info@rushagagorillahavenslodge.com.
  • Please note that ALL reservations are kept as provisional/non-guaranteed until a FULL Deposit is received.
  • All Individual reservations can be confirmed/guaranteed by providing credit card details or direct deposit of 100% of the accommodation value.
  • Please note that the hotel has a 6:00pm release policy on ALL provisional/non-guaranteed reservations.

Cancellation and ‘No Show’ Policy

Reservations that are cancelled, reduced in length of stay or reduced in numbers (Hereinafter Collectively Called a “Cancelation”) are subject to a “Cancellation” or “No Show” fee, at the discretion of the hotel under the following terms:

  • 31 – 14 Days prior to arrival 10% of the total original deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee
  • 13 – 8 Days prior to arrival 25% of the total original deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee.
  • 7 – 3 Days prior to arrival 50% of the total original deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee.
  • 48 hours or less prior to arrival 100% of the total original deposit will be forfeited as the cancellation fee.

In ALL cases, notification of cancellation will only be accepted if received in writing at the hotel’s reservation office – info@rushagagorillahavenslodge.com.

 

Payment & Government Taxes.

  • Either by cash or direct bank Guests can also settle their bills by Visa or MasterCard.
  • Should the government increase tax or institute new taxes, the hotel reserves the right to transfer these increases to the clients.
